power steering prob
I have an 89 accord lxi and i am loosing alot of fluid whenever i turn right i need to know where to look so i can fix the problem , i did consult the book but it did not give any diagrams can any one help?
I dont know anything about older accords with the a series engines but if you just find where the leak is you can find out what you need. It coiuld be a cracked line or its leaking from a fitting or whatevr. All you got to do is fill the PS resivor, turn the wheel all the way right and take a look under the hood to see if you can see where its leaking from.

sounds like your having a power streering pressure hose bad, this is why it happens only when turning the wheel. if it was a return line it would leak all the time. P/S hose is cheap call Autozone.

There's a couple brands (besides dealer) that make PS fluid for Hondas. But you have to make sure it says "FOR HONDA & ACURA CARS" on the bottle. Anything that claims to work for all makes, don't believe it.
