I am posting this because I hate thieves. On February 13th, 2007, my 2000 Black Civic EX got stolen from the Mt. Hood Community College parking lot. A couple parts that were stolen:
- Fake Type-R shift boot w/ chrome fake type-r shift ****
- Walmart Black Floormats
- 12000k HID kit that HOOKS UP TO YOUR cars BATTERY (rare indeed)
- BLACK & Red Leather seats front and rear. These came out of a hatch and I tried my best to fit them in my coupe so the rear seats don't line up right in a coupe and would have a huge gap if installed in a Civic Hatch or Integra. THEY HAVE A RED "H" Emblem on the two front headrests. (Civic Hatc/ Civic Coupe EX style seats without square headrests)
- Front Red Strut Bar
- Rear chrome Strut bar
- Silver Sony Xplod CD/Mp3 player 4x60 watts
- Passenger side Air Bag w/ tray
- Drivers steering wheel Air bag
- Two front seatbelt pads that have embroidered "Civic" in red on them. The seatbelt pads themselves are of a fake simulated leather material but feel like leather. I am the only one who has these as I had the custom made for me.
- 17" Enkei RSV wheels w/ toyo all season tires (70% tread). Had some curbs and they were ANTHACRITE / GUNMETAL in color.
- K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake (RED) w/ K&N Filter. Like-New.
- Center console with a RED Armrest. The Arm rest is covered in Red Vinyl to match the seats. You can tell someone put it on there. If the vinyl is removed you will see ugly Red cloth underneath that I tried to do myself.
- 2000 Civic SI Cluster w/ 44k - 45k miles on it. It's probably higher by now.
- Plastic Type-R replica FRONT and REAR lips.
- Type-R Replica Grill (LOL)
- 2000 Civic FIBER IMAGES Carbon Fiber Hood

These people who stole my car probably thought it was an SI because it had rear-disc brakes and what not. They didn't steal the CTR headlights.

If anyone has any leads to any of these (pretty vague) parts listed above then let me know. They also stole my license plates and I can tell you what they were if you saw any license plates laying around someone's house that said "BIG_***" on it then it was mine. Car thieves need to die. I hate them so much. I found one person who stole one of my old rear lips and I beat the living expletive out of him. I even ran to my car after he was down and grabbed my club and beat his *** more with it. Justice was served the guy who got his *** beat didn't know who the hell I was since I was wearing a skii mask. Anyways, if you guys have dealt with scammers or know of thieves in the Oregon area such as Portland, Clackamas, Gresham, Troutdale, Beaverton, Aloha, Tigard, Etc. then post who they are in here. Thank You all for taking time to read this and hopefully we can get this thread rolling.

 

By the way, I thought I might add this:

They left me a crappy carbon fiber hood on my car that had broken hinges to replace my Fiber Images hood. They also left a lot of parts behind... Does this sound like the work of someone you know? I think I already may have a lead.

bump... damn its always the colleges, **** rags broke itno my car while i was in school in seattle, had my pager alarm on but my class was underground, and like a block away on the other side of campus, gay bus man, they only made of with my radar but it still broke my heart to see my car trashed afterwards..

Sorry about that, bro. I hate seeing people spending their own well-earned money on cars and parts and to see low live thieves coming in and taking it away just pisses me off. We should make a gang or something where we go around with a group of Honda's and look for thieves and beat their asses haha.

Dang dude, not bad for a non-v-tech. That turbo looked sexy! I'm sorry to hear that man. Too bad you didn't get a good look at the crooks. With a town as small as Eugene, you would assume that the town would have eyes and ears about stuff like that especially at an appartment. That really sucks and these punk asses need to get horrible kharma back at them!

nope...no eyes and ears....its a college town...its basically a sess pool of kids from all over....theft is real big around the campus housing areas...this i learned after my car had been taken by the police saying they have 20-30 calls within a day to a week sometimes of reported thefts..Eugene isnt that small and with the influence of new people every year coming and going for school...who knows where parts of these cars end up. i wish i knew...someone got a nice setup if i didnt get parted out.

Cars (99% Hondas) dissapear at the parking structures of PSU like everyday.

That's hella messed up. I'm transferring to PSU this year too, FINALLY. I guess I might as well just take a bus or something. I don't even trust my cars at my own house so I keep them stored at a special location. But man, that hella sucks. Let me know if you get any leads, i'm down to pop some heads.

you will soon learn to love the max.....can even ride for free if you get on at the right time...anywhere downtown and you can be at PSU in under 10min....none of these cars we use as daily drivers and have the parts we spend and the time should never be parked at any school campus......its sad when we have to i know 99% of us to who have to leave them sometimes somewhere are biting our nails every second waiting to see if it is still there

Yeah exactly. I don't get how that guys car (mentioned above) got broken into right next to a PSU office? College campus's need to be held liable especially if WE THE STUDENTS "PAY" for a parking permit. That's just stupid. We pay for a spot to park our car and they can't even protect our cars? That's outrageous... They should be held liable because they are obviously making some money out of those parking lots.

Bump this ish up. Talking with a couple Honda-Tech members, I know that there are a couple people on Portland Craigslist who are scammers. One person who i've been told by numerous people not to deal with is Caleb Wilson. So Buyers beware and I know he posts on here. Another guy to beware of in general as many of you Honda-Tech people may know is Colin Stewart aka Fourcsan . One guy who POSTS in the Northwest but lives in Pennsylvania is Eric Climo . PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM! I made an idiot mistake by sending him a $1400 check through Western Union for a B16 motor and he screwed me over. If anyone lives in Pittsburg, PA or Valencia, PA I've been told his address via someone being kind enough on JDMUniverse to e-mail me his address through paying $15 to a cell phone company to get his phone #. What money can do these days, huh?

One guy on craigslist who I hear is a very awesome person and sells stuff at very good prices is Jei . I don't know if he has a Honda-Tech account but i've been told by tons of people on craigslist that this "Jei" guy has very good deals and has a dealer account to get stuff at cost and likes to help people out. I've done business with him a couple times and like others, my respect for him is to a point where I don't even bother trying to nag him with his prices. He has honest connections to anything - car alarms with installation , audio, window tinting, anything. If you guys need anything I will give him a buzz. The max get you to school. but i get out of class at 5-6 o clock every day. And the max is PACKED!! i mean litterally no where to stand.

So I drive my POS 4dr Integra auto. ALL STOCK!! but they still went in and got my electronic ****. funny thing is, they got my deck. which is worth a shitload of money but its useless to them. cause it has a security code.

But theives lurk aroud the parking structures every damn day. and Nobody notices anything. They broke my friend's window for his Ipod. My friend had his Civic stolen and he parked next to the President of the school.

F-CK PSU Parking. F-CK PSU security.

 

Eclipse deck? I saw someone on craigslist selling an eclipse deck saying they lost the password or something. His name was Igor or something.

 

It was a Kenwood. The ones with the dual face. One for the graphic and one for the control panel.
