Default Pulsating brakes on 2006 Accord SE V6

Recently I purchased a used 2006 Honda Accord SE V6 with 20,000 km's.
Test drove the car - no problems.
After driving on the highway a few days later, I noticed that when the brakes heat up, they tend to pulsate to a point where the brake pedal and the steering wheel vibrate.

I took it back to the Honda dealership and they replaced all 4 rotors and pads under warranty. I have since put 9,000 additional clicks on the car and the brake pulsations are back. This is ridiculous. I've driven Honda's for the last 15 years and I have never seen anything like this. I also currently own a 1996 Accord EXR and other than the 'cursed' power window motor, no brake issues!

Searches on the net have confirmed similar problems, but most of them tend to be on the 4 cylinder engine models and are in the US with no resolution.

Has anyone seen/heard of this issue on this model and year?
Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
I cannot recall any entries made in the Lemon Aid Guide about brake pulsations or fade!

Any information would be great.

I am at a point where I will have to trade for another vehicle and take a hit!

Thanks

Sometimes dirt and oily grime will cause pulsations. See if you could clean the rotors, if needed, with the proper brake cleaner.

Were the pads and rotors breaken in?

This is a known problem with 7th gen accords... My 2003 Accord V6 6mt was doing the same thing. Its caused by the OEM brake pads. The OEM pads tend to create quite a bit of brake dust, which sticks to the rotors, and in effect causes uneven rotor wear. Its a really simple fix, pretty much use any brake pad other than OEM Honda pads. Since your rotors are fairly new, get them resurfaced or just get after market.
