Its part of the AC unit. Its the lines that go inside the car to the AC Radiator.

Take apic of the front of the engine I want to see if there is a AC compressor in there. Also that hole there is where the OEm AC lines go through. That looks different maybe Aftermarket FIX? Or Ghetto fabbed something?

I have an extra spot for a belt too but this is the totally weird thing, my AC works perfectly and always has since I bought the car in November 2006.

Man there must have been some other way they did it dude. The garage I bought the car off of advertised the AC worked and everything while they were selling it, and the owner of the garage my dad went to high school with and he gives us deals on everything too. Its not like I bought it off of some random weirdo that skipped town after he had my money. I'm telling you the AC works they must have done it some other way somehow. You can smell it when its running too just like in any car with AC.
