No it won't. If you do decide to purchase it you will need to trim the b-pipe by 5 inches.

00-01 GSR will fit all Type R's, and 94-01 Non Vtecs

 

are you sure because the 94-01 are the same, all thats differents is the headlights and bumper

different part numbers .... so kennya is probably right about the cat size... soo the hanger welds probably dont line up either.. sooo welding would prob be required to help tailor the length ... might want to inspect it .. and see if it just needs a piece to extend it .. and THEN if the Hangers would line up ???

if you take the pipe to a welding shop .. and you tell them the EXACT length needed to be added and they just got to make 2 cuts and 2 welds .. prob be about $20-$30

 

it wont fit i tried it 94-99 and 00-01 are different, ala cat converter length.

 

i had this same prob with my 01 gsr. you have to get an exhause from a ls or a itr. those will bolt on
