in my 92 honda i had bad wires and prob bad plugs well me and my friend looked at them because i kept having a miss fire, well when we looked at them we broke one of the wires so we went out and bought new wires but not plugs we just cleaned them. well after we did that the miss fire i was having went away but now it feels like im short on hp and you can tell the difference. see the only thing i could think about it to be is that the plugs that were in there are NGK and since i just bought just nomal wires maybe that has something to do with it. well if u know anything it would be really thankful?

 

What brand?

I'm not sure if Advance/Auto Zone wires could be less conductive than a higher quality wire.

 

idk they were just the basic kind, but u can really tell the difference in my car for some reason i was also thinking that it might be that my injectors need to be cleaned but would that cause me to lose hp?

 

Were you having the problem before the new wires?

Replacing all the spark plugs with NGK's would be a good place to start. A bottle of injector cleaner wouldn't be a bad idea if you think you're having fuel delivery problems.

 

yea it was a really bad miss fire and u think i should get all new ngk plugs too? and i think im going to do the fuel cleaner this weekend.
