anyone have the pages from a helms on this? or even a link to the manual would help...

I don't have anything online, and no scanner. Do you have the rotor-over-hub setup where you have a simple one piece rotor that slips over the lug studs and the hub? If so, its pretty easy. If you have a rotor with 4 bolts going into it, its more involved and you will need more tools.
