Default Need help FAST!! B16 Valve adjustment trouble, no clearance....

I'm trying to adjust the valve after reassembling my head and when I got to the number 3 cylinder I have no clearance one the exhaust side on either valve, and the LMA is pushed down. What is up? What can I do to fix this? I did everything by the book. Thanks

it pivots if i turn the crank. and get 1, 2, or 4 for TDC. I can move it up and down and have clearance, but once I put #3 at TDC it will not move.
