Your thread was locked because your topic title was vague.
In the future, put specifics in your thread titles and you won't have any problems.
Anyways... You're pretty obviously experiencing a short to ground, which is causing your problems. You will need to locate the white parking light wire, and trace it from the brain to the point where it's tapped into the light circuit and ensure that there's no contact with ground and that the connection is good (and insulated properly).
Then, you'll need to find the alarm's main power wire and trace it from the brain to the wire it's tapped into and ensure there are no shorts.
If the wires are good and there are no bare spots, cuts, burns, etc, then find the ground wire and ensure that it's connection to the car is good, and not made to a secondary ground inside the dash....
If those 3 things are good, then there may be a problem with the alarm brain itself and since Avital is a DEI product, it has a lifetime warranty if it was installed by an authorized dealer. Take it back to where you had it installed.
However, with all of that said, if you dropped your underdash panel and there are lots of loose wires, your alarm is pretty much useless anyway, and it sounds like you're a pretty good candidate for a reinstall...

Avital 3400....or 4300???
if it's the former...it was from before DEI made them and might not be covered under a warranty...
if it's the latter... you're good as long as it was installed by an authorized dealer.
the old units from before DEI tended to go out quite a bit....i had to replace quite a few of the older avitals for newer DEI units.

ok..if i'm not mistaken the 4400 is the 2-way jammy from avital right??? so you should have the 2 way remote for it. as B18C_EJ8 stated it sounds like you have some sort of a short...and the fact that you said that your parking lights aren't working either...combined with what you said about the rat's nest under the dash you prolly have to get a re-install by someone competent. DEI units should have a white wire with a fuse inline less than 6 inches from the brain. there should also be a red wire with a fuse inline about the same exact length away from the brain. pull the fuse on the red and white wires and try to turn your parking lights on again. if your parking light fuse on the car keeps popping then it's not the alarm...there is something else going on. if you are unable to do it yourself...then go to a shop and speak with the INSTALLER...*** the salesman. try to kinda get into the guys' head a little bit and see if he really KNOWS his ****. if you are insecure about his abilities...take your business elsewhere.
sounds like something pretty simple though.
also...did you have ANY other type of work done to the car before it started to give you problems?
change anything at all?
only reason i ask is cuz a guy came into my shop one time with a problem. i asked him if he had anything done recently before the malfunction and he said no. every time he would honk his horn his high-beams would go on...and every time he turned on his high-beams his horn would blow and stay on. after looking through all the **** he had in the car and tracing wires under the dash...i asked him AGAIN if he had anything done and he was like "oh yeah...i got an oil-change and then i noticed it started happening"
BINGO!
B18_EJ8 might know about this one....older boxy body blazers and jimmys had the oil filter right behind the drivers side headlight and when the oil-change guy changed the filter...he pinched the wires for the lights and horn together causing the problem...this is why i ask anyone that question before i even touch a car with a "new" problem. His mechanic couldn't figure it out so he was trying to blame it on the alarm.
