what's difference on 96-98 front n 99-00 front..?

what's difference on 96-98 front n 99-00 front..?

i have 96 4dr oem hood n my friend wants it but he has 99 4dr model
can he use 96 hood on 99..?
maybe it would fit after changing headlight to 96 model..?
BC something fall on his front hood n dameged hood n headlights so changin headlight is also must...
so should it fit..?

96 front end is different form 96. either u run 96 headlights/bumper/hood/fender or 99 but is not interchangeable
