Default Starter checks out okay on a bench but car still wont start *grrrr*

My car is having occasional problems starting. I turn the key and the starter doesnt do anything however other components such as ABS, fuel, lights and other related components make noises. That tells me its not the battery or the steering column/ignition components.

It happens only on cold starts and if i wait 10 minutes or so the car starts again. I took the starter to an auto parts store and they put it on the bench to test it and it was fine. I replaced the ground wire which was loose but there is no difference. I replaced the relay fuse and the problem doesnt go away.

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

options are the following:
buy a denso at $215
bosch starter at $159 (my favorite choice)
remanufactured OEM for $89 plus core exchange.

Just because the lights come on and all the electircal stuff works doesnt mean its not your battery.. it requires a lot more juice to get your car to start.. Just FYI! I would get your dad or someone to try to jump you once.. after that your battery will def have enough power.. so if it still does it after that then you know for sure its not the battery! Good luck man!

sounds like a voltage issue. clean your grounds and if that doesnt help, you may need a battery.
