so my parking pole only comes up like 2 inches or so, not as much as it should....well when it is someing up there is some water that bubbles out...im thinking while it sat it must have got water down in there and maybe rusted it together...any idea on how to get this **** to fully extend

Sell it in the classified section for $1,000...and get a rubber grommet for the hole in your bumper.

 

only having 2" must hurt your self confidence!

 

have you tried spraying WD-40 on it?
