does any1 know where to get the exhaust downpipe for the turbo.
I think i need it to connect to the wastegate also.
my turbo bolts on the front of the manifold, and my wastegate bolts on directly on top

are you sure your not confusing your blowoff valve for your wastegate?
cuz wastegates normally have 2 "nozzles" on them to hook vaccuum lines up to, and BOV's normally have 1.

but the BOV connects to the intake manifold, or another vaccuum source, and the huge hole in the front is how the air escapes out of the charge piping.
450cc injectors should be good to about ~300hp. more or less. bigger fuel pumps are never a bad idea. they're only $100 brand new for a walbro 255

any exhaust shop SHOULD be able to make you a downpipe.

and if you have a nozzle coming off of your turbo, the wastegate hooks up to that via hosing

thanx a lot for your help!
this is a pic of the blowoff valve I have. I hooked it up to my intake manifold. Can you please explain where everything plugs into.
I leave that front hole empty right?[IMG][/IMG]

if you are talking about the little one on the back it connects to a vacuum source. if you mean the big one on the front (which i hope you dont mean) vents to the atmosphere

the big hole on the bov is what makes the noise, the nipple in hte purple is vaccum and the little silver nipple is a secondary release valve for air caught above the diaghram. dude i am trying to help but i have to say this doesnt sound good at all. u might really want to think about getting some help with this project. or have a shop do it. a few hours of labor is cheaper then a new engine, or death. save urself a lot of haten by people on here and search there has to be somewhere on this site a writeup of how to do this if u insist on doing urself. good luck dont die

this happens every spring and summer...all the sudden everyone starts getting ludes and all the new kids want to just throw cash at them to put in turbos and have no clue what they are doing. during the winter we get none of these questions its just the regulars....i agree with everyone else, have someone that knows what they are doing help you or have a shop do it. you shouldn't even be touching your engine with the knowledge you have.

yah man I am also new to the scene. I have 1 piece of advice for you if you even care a tiny bit. Read Read Read Read. When your done that Read some more. The past 6-7 months I have been reading articles like mad. Magazines, Internet, where ever you can get your hands on some info. If your talking to someone about something you dont know something about or your not 100% sure then just be straight up with it. You have 2 ears 2 eyes and 1 mouth for a reason. Listen and observe twice as much as you give input. :D Sorry for the rant. I have been there tho.

i give this "build" 2 weeks tops of running, after that BOOM. My h23 was carefully built and i knew every inch of my engine and it was still hard to make sure this thing ran correctly(400 dollars in dyno time). This guys about to destroy an engine. hes gonna be back on here "i BLEW MY ENGine NEeD HelP" and ill say, "you suck at life" again.
