You run a risk of breaking something major every time you drive your car. 7 psi of boost increases that risk. But the stock internals should be fine for that amount of boost, just do regular maintenance to the engine, turbo, tranny, and you should be fine. Is it manual or auto?

Do a compression and leakdown test. If the results of the tests are normal, you'll be fine, assuming good tuning, quality components, etc.

^^^^ I agree. Make sure your maintenance is up to date! If your really worried about it, you might want to look into purchasing an H22a head. That way you can break your motor down to inspect, if not replace piston's/sleeves/rods. Not to mention DOHC is a lot more fun to tune once you get to the end of your install!
