I had it on my LS. The front seems to be urethane, as it got totally bent the wrong way one time and just bounced back to normal like nothing happened. The sides and rear though I think might have been plastic.

 

so it's urethane then?

do any of you guys know other materials besides FBG, CF and Urethane body kits are made out of (now i'm talking about other then OEM kit)

Urethane is stronger then FBG. but what about the weight?

FBG???? I think you might be refering to FRP

 

FBG = fiberglass.

 

The difference in weight between a urethane and carbon fiber front lip wouldn't even be enough to give a second though to. I would think carbon fiber is pretty strong, but still urethane can just bend any which way and pop right back to it's original shape no matter what. I think even when Comptech ships their ITR front lips they ship them folded up so they can put it in a smaller box.
