Default Cam Seal / Valve or Head cover replacement.

i bought my 98 LS TEG with 65k miles about 6 months ago from a woman who had owned and dealer serviced it for 9 years. i got every single receipt to prove it!!!

So last week i noticed that my cam seal is starting to tell me that its tired of me pushing its limit and needs to be replaced.. i bought my fancy aluminum Golden Eagle cam seal, oem honda head cover gaskets, and some hondabond...

I was wondering if any of you "HELMS OWNERS" could tell me if the vtec Head Cover/Cam Seal plate bolts Torque Specs differ from the LS head cover/cam seal plate torque specs. i was reading a post on team-integra.net with diagrams and it noted that the non vtec torque specs will be different. http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=613
Can someone tell me what the manual states for Non Vtec/98LS???

thanks but i had referenced that article in my original post..
it was the line in that post that said...

If you have you a non-vtec engine. The torque settings will be a little different…

i have an LS and wanted to know what the difference is?

it is a small bolt so it will be something around 15 ft/lb, and hand tight is fine, coz if u cant put out 20 ft/lb by using one hand, u need to work out more

My Haynes manual states that all B-series DOHC valve cover nuts are torqued to the same specs: 86 in-lbs. VTEC or not.
