Default 90 accord sedan... electrical issues

Hey everyone.

i've got a nice h22 powered accord and all is well except for 3 annoying electrical problems. I hope someone has had similar problems and know how to fix them.

1st problem:

This may be the most common to many accords. My passenger side power window has a hard time coming down, it takes forever to fully bottom out, but on the way up, it seems normal. I'm wondering if this is a swelling seal issue, or a motor issue. I have this exact issue in my 1988 accord.

2nd problem:

When i try to position my power mirrors, it seems as if the button becomes stuck in the direction i move it and it keeps maxing out the mirror. I have replaced the switch with two others from the scrap yard. This does not solve the problem.

3rd problem:

Probably the most annoying of all. Every time i turn the car off, the rad fan will go on for about 5-10 minutes, i have heard this is normal for 4th gens. however, the fan will go on and off intermintently for about an hour or so. I can also hear the relay spaz. So, i replaced the relay, and still no fix. While the fan is on, if i go into the car and turn the ignition on, the fan stops, and if i turn it off, it starts back up again. For the winter i had to remove the rad fan fuse because it would drain my battery at night. im not sure if this is a wiring problem or a componet problem, perhaps another relay somewhere, but i hope someone can help me here.

any advice is greatly appriciated. thanks

1st problem solution: Try using some silicone grease on the window rail/guides. Clean first with Q-tip, then apply silicone grease with Q-tip.

2nd problem solution: Try spraying some electrical contact cleaner on the different mirror switches you have. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the power mirror may need to be replaced, the motor is inside the mirror unit.

3rd problem solution: May be a bad Radiator Fan Timer, located inside the cabin. For your year, probably under the driver side dash.
