Default what contributes to bump steer?

my car seems to have a whole lot of bump steer and im wondering if the tie rod ends and front upper control arms bushings have anything to do with it.

the car's not lowered that much, im running goldline springs (1.25 inch drop) and stock shocks. Now i know it might just be that the shocks are worn or something, but im just wondering what else can contribute to this problem?

The reason i ask is that over the years, ive changed the shocks and still had the same problem, it's just a little worse now.

should i change the outer tie rods?

A good explanation of bump steer, with a diagram.

Is the car properly aligned?

Exactly what I was thinking.
