I am building a H23 vtec for my prelude. I am going with 13.0:1 Wiseco pistons. 89mm bore. Will run custom ITB's from Denmark. I will use E85 on Hondata S300.

I am not sure which cams to run. The Pro 2 or Pro 3's.

Any help is appreciated.

 

What stroke are you running?

 

I've been told that the pro 3's dont idle very well and should be a track only cam but I don't know anybody personally who has ran them so i dont have any say on them. The pro 2's run fine once they have been tuned and is a very awesome cam i have pro 2's for my 95 stroke h22a. Try to ask somebody about the pro 3's who has some knowledge about them. I can say for sure that you will be very satisfied with the pro 2's though.

Btw, I know Kong Zi. We are doing a similar build. He contacted Jenvey about Itb's. Jenvey said they do not make itb's for the H22. He said there is a company in Denmark that does. Will have him post the info.

Above are the specs on the Pro 2 and Pro 3. Sorry, I dont know what the hell it means, so I am not much help for you in your decision.
