Default Integra OBD0 to OBD1

Was wondering I have a chance to get a Acura engine from a friend for free. out of a LS the problem is that it is a OBD0 engine. At least he thinks. Its a
B18 I want to turn it into a LS-vtec. I'm just wondering if I can turn it into a OBD1 engine.I have a 95 CX hatchback. I figured that I can change the block to be a OBD1 to match my car. Any help would be nice. Thanks

The engine blocks are basically the same, it is the ECU and some other small concerns that must be addressed. Search some more, I think the LSVTEC threads cover this many times.

I only bring it up because I know some states don't like you changing OBD0 engines into OBD1 or higher cars. I have a P28 that I can get chipped to run the program.I'm going to rebuild it. To be on the safe side. But trying to find out if I can make all the changes on the engine to have it be a OBD1. I figure if I change the head to give it Vtec that I won't have to worry about the Dizzy change.
