Default jdm itr header and cat?

ok so i was offered a jdm itr header for 225 great condition and well was wondering if i should use a cat or test pipe? and if cat would the jdm itr cat work well or would i be better off going with someother one? plz lmk any input you have thanx.

Test pipe will yield ever so slighty better results than a high flow cat. Downsides are the odor and being not so environmental friendly.

My couz ran a DC Sports JDM 4-1 to a smsp high flow cat to a Skunk2 exhaust. Decent setup imo.

I picked up almost 4 mph w/my ITR header (open though) in the 1/4 mile.

Something to keep in mind thoughthe DC Sports 4-1 header, in every test I've seen, make more power everywhere than the JDM ITR. Only a couple ponies more, but more is more.

Either way, your gonna get more hp, it just depends on how much $$$ you want to spend

well what cats are good to use? and did you have to knotch the crossmember for it to fit?
