-pickup a JDM b20 P8R head(flows as well as the b16 head)
-B16 PR3 pistons
-Crower 404 cams + valve train
-hondata/crome
-good header/exhaust
-new bearings/rings and such

thats a pretty good place to start

.....or if you can't come up with a P8R head, take your p75 head and have 88-91 Prelude intake valves put in it - same 33mm as a P8R. Should be able to find a junk B20 head for cheap or free. With the b16 pistons, you will have the proper size valve reliefs for them as well.

Do the rest of the above and enjoy

It's hard to put a 33mm valve in a 32mm valve seat, so you will have to get oversize seats installed.
