TW/FT 98 H22 Ek CIVIC HB CLEAN!!!! (GA)

What I have is a 98 Civc with a JDM h22 runs strong. The car is painted SI blue in 2004 it has a few scuffs but nothing major. It burns a little oil needs new valve seals, I have just have not had time to install them. Getting married soon so I need more of a family car. Let me know what you got. Thanks. Oh yeah it does not have AC or power Steering.
