Pretty clean, flows well. Now that people know it's a buddy club kit they won't hate so hard. Either way car is pretty nice.

 

A buddy of mines in high school had a similar setup like this. i wanna say back in 97or 98.

 

Current or past styling arguments aside... That is a clean, well-put together Civic. I wouldn't personally put those parts on a car now, but I still think it looks good.


Also, the OP didn't say this picture is current, or even that the car still looks like that. He just asked who's it was.

 

Its not the full buddy club kit, hes missing the rear bumper, but i think it looks decent

 

For the late 90s era that is actually a nice build. Could definately be a lot worse.
