15's but i'm unsure of what size tires to get. I would like have an aspect ratio of 50, but i'm not sure what size width to go. what would fit best/look best. Are 195/50/15 too small?

 

yes, a 195/50/15 would be too small in both overall diameter (compared to stock tire size) and width (for that rim).

You are going to want something like a 215/55/15 for that rim. Depending on the offset you may be ok with a 225/50/15 but the overall diameter on that tire is on the smaller side but your speedo should be off much if you do go with it.

If you want a smaller side wall, you are going to have to go with a larger diameter rim.

Also, just because a tire has a 50 series side wall doesn't mean the side wall is smaller or different than say a tire with a 60 series side wall. Example... a 195/60/15 and a 235/50/15 have pretty much the same side wall size. It's just a ratio of the width of the tire.

sorry lol your right .. for a 4th gen a ******* big drop on 15 is ice but on a 97 acc .. go for 17 inch wheel please
