Is this hard? Im looking at tinting my tail lights on my Accord and was wondering if anyone else has done this? Is there anything I should worry about or look out for? How do you keep it all the same shade of tint. Is it just like spray painting? Because im using spray tint. Anyone who has something to say feel free im open to anything.

 

Same as spray painting. Take your time, thin layer on top of thin layer, wet sand, repeat.

 

Deffinitely post some pics up here when you finish. I want to see how they come out.

 

i tinted my tail lights, didnt use spray on stuff though, i got like a film type thing off ebay, they look really good, i got before and after.

 

Yeah im spraying mine. And ill post pics afterwards. Should be done tomorrow. I wont have a before pic though cause I havent had my OEM tails on in forever.

 

 

the pieces they sent me were a little too small, but from a distance they look good, but wont have that car much longer.

Very nice! I like the darker tint rather than lighter tint. Those almost look like a black cover. I'm still undecided if I want to so this to my OEM tail lights or not. What % is that?

Not sure of the tint. Its 3 coats of a spray tint though lol. And yes it looks good with lights on.

Im not to sure of the percentage as I said above.
