Your car's not gonna look 'clean' with that jumble of wires hanging out where the dash used to be. You can scrape off the sound deadening by freezing it with dry ice and then using a chisel, hammer, and goo-gone. That'll save weight and make it look better without the carpet, but only if you paint over where you removed the sound deadening to make it match the rest of the car. BTW, if you're going as far as taking the dash out, you might as well remove all the seats but the driver seat and take off the door panels.

these are not up dated pics I took out the dash and will be painting the inside and out of the car Khaki a friend of mine told me I can heat up the tar stuff that keeps the sound out than take a scraper and it will come right off. Besides that I have a gang of wires on the drivers side what can I take out? all I want are all the lights to work inside and out, gas gauge, temp, rpm, and mph, as well as the motor how can I organize the wires to make it look simple

yeah I think they are 3lbs or something crazy like that.

Other than that just normal stuff like:

-Gutting Interior
-Remove P/S
-Remove A/C
-Get some carbon fiber stuff
-Fiberglass fenders/hood
-Light weight wheels
-Lexon windows
-CF hatch
-JDM Bumper Supports
-Take sunroof out if you have one and Cap it

It all depends what all you are trying to do, if you are not planning on trying it on the street ever, you can start to cut some of the body off and welding thiner sheet metel peices on.

You can also take out the back seats as well as the speakers and your whole sound system. If you're going for the lightest possible setup you should just start with a tube chasis fiberglass body pannels and just the necessities.

With taking out as much weight as possible, you do not Add comforts.

If this Really is your dd, I wouldn't do that much to it.

Yeah I would've stopped a long time ago. My da is my daily and the only things I removed were the a/c in the bay, removed the p/s belt and removed my rear seat. Still have the spare and jack in there. Drive it everyday.

How would removing this stuff not be safe?
Removing some of this stuff sure would possibly make it unsafe, but most of it would not really take away from the safety.
-getting rid of ac, ps, carpet, heater, cruise control, roof panel, rear bumper defuser, etc I don't see how would make it unsafe really for normal daily driving, uncomfortable yes, unsafe probally not.

But by doing this, it is kind of pointless if you are putting a system in with a subwoofer?

I believe you should only gut the car if you plan on keeping it that way. Its just not worth the hassel to put it back together.

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot opinions Mattered ..

Also, don't try to give ME **** when I put offence to the comment that a Stripped teg would be cool,
cause guess what, it's a STOCK integra with a stripped interior.

Wow, why doesn't he just let someone steal it,
then he would just need to add an engine most likely.

Btw

Wow, a number of things are wrong with your post. I'll start from the top, why are you capitilizing random words such as 'mattered' and 'stripped', while refusing to capitilize words such as 'Integra'?

We understand that you're upset because you don't have the skill and knowledge to do a project like this. Please take your anger out by slamming your face into a brick wall. Thanks.

I'll capitalize whatever the Fuck I want,
and which "capitalize" is a word you can't even spell.

And how the hell is removing interior a "project"??
I seriously had to think about it when you said project,
cause in no way is taking **** off your car a project..

But I guess you must me among the few that think adding seat covers is a mod,
or maybe you consider Wal-Mart the main choice for your tuner supply.

I speak "****" about stripping the interior from personal experience,
the only time it's cool is when you also think street racing is cool,
or maybe you think that taking the interior out will make you run 12s.

So with that behind me, and being done with this thread, diaf
