Will a 92-96 Prelude transmission (5SP) mount up to the 97 Prelude?

Will a 92-96 Prelude transmission (5SP) mount up to the 97 Prelude?

I need a replcement trans, the guy i got the car from blew the SH engine (1997) and i replaced it with a base model engine. The SH 5 Speed will not work with it, but I have found a 4th gen prelude in a wrecking yard near my house...will it bolt right in as a direct replacement, or does it require mods?

Yes it will bolt right up to the block
