Obd0 to obd1 no fuel help please.

Its a B16 into a dx. dpi to mpi is working fine in obd0, but I don't have a obd0 vtec ecu. Any ways if I try to go obd1 with a pr3. I get spark, I get fuel at the rail. But the injectors don't fire. I've obd0 injectors and resister box, the only code I get is a 22(vtec pressure switch). any help?

Answer these questions for the components you have RIGHT now installed in your car.

Distributor - OBD-1 or OBD-0? Which One?
ECU - OBD-1 or OBD-0? Which One?
Conversion Harness - Make It yourself or purchased one? If purchased, whom did you purchase it from?
