hey, how much does it cost to bore?

i just wanna know how much it would cost for me to bore my b16a2, and would i need to get new pistons if i bore it....

or do you guys think its worth it to get just a gsr/ls block, and bolt on my head.

Each shop charges a different amount
My local machine charges $20/cylinder (no matter the size)
Call one of your local machine shops and just ask what they charge...easy

damn thats pretty cheap, do you think its worth making it a 1.8? and will i have to get new pistons?

What size are you looking for? I have a B16 that was bored to 81.5mm for sale if you interested.

But yea pistons are needed for some machine shops to bore out a block.
