Default Intake for ITR TB?

What is a good intake that will fit an ITR throttle body? I am using a stock EG airbox on my '99 Civic 3DR CX, but the EG intake pipe diameter at the throttle body side is only 2.75" whereas the ITR TB is 3". Will replacing this intake arm with a custom aluminium/ stainless steel short arm cause the intake charge temperature to increase? Any advise appreciated.

I was on a SRI for awhile and the response was really bad on a hot day. That was why I switched back to using this stock airbox.
