Default lsvtec stall

srp 81.5 mm 11.5-1 compression, 99 si head (stock), rc 310s , fuel pressure 45 psi, phearable chipped p28

question is when i get to about 6500 rpms it loses power and as soon as i let off the gas it stalls and dies. would this be because the fuel pressure is too high ?

ps asking question for a friend and its not yet tuned THANKS!!

I'm going to lean towards the chip. Try another ECU or program and see if the problem persists.
