well i jus recently decided to go back to D16y7 with a vetc head motor..I have a b16a2 right now in my 98 civic hb dx and i was jus wondering if the motor mounts and wiring are going to be the same or do i have to buy new mounts re-wire the car for me to go back to single cam. ???

 

im pretty sure its all the same if the obd is the same. umm cnat remmebr duz that b16 have vtec? cuz if u use tha b16 harness then u wont have vtec. and ud have to run it all the way from the ecu to the plug on the dizzy. but first and foremost. my z6 harness fit perfect with my b18b. i just had 2 plugs left over cuzof vtec. and the b18 didnt have it. and i dunno bout the mounts.

mounts are mounts. you should be fine using your old mounts. as far as wiring, you may have a few plugs left because of the vtec head on the old motor, but everything should work fine.
