tire pressure at the drag strips...
i have 15 rota slips with toyo proxes fz24...205/45/15...
what should my tires pressure in the front/back be ?
or do yoo usually leave the tire pressure the way it is ?

Toyo proxes arent the best tire3 to drag with, but here is my insight.
I would go down to like 22 or so, maybe even 20 and work around it. Go as high as you can in the rear, 45 or whatever it says on the sidewall.
Launching in an art, some people no matter what they do want to always blame it on the tires.
For argue sake, I have hit a 2.006 60' on my Faleken Azenis. Tire pressure was set at 13 psi. It took 4 try's to get it that low, and I was also learning how to race my newly installed turbo also--so lots of learning/feeling/getting used to. I am totally expecting to hit 1.9's next time I goto the track.
I also hit 2.0 a couple times on my last set of tires--Yokohama Avs intermediates.

so put the back air pressure all the way up and then drop the fronts...
holla

you should actually put like 40-45 in the rear just make sure you air it down before you leave. that will help you with the roll resistence on the rear...meaning do not drive down the interstate with 50 psi in the rear....
