Sup guys! I have a problem. My dad's car won't start. The horn works and radio works. We even tried to jumpstart it from a good charged car. We inspected the starter externaly and the connection and they were in good condition.

What else can we do? I'm thinking of taking out the starter and bringing it to Autozone. But It's hard to take out. Taking out is my last choice.

The car is a Mitsubishi Galant. 02 4cyl

 

Can you possibly check for power going to the starter, while cranking, or should I say, not cranking.
