Headlight and Headlight Cover

Headlight and Headlight Cover
Is there anyway the headlight cover on a headlight can be removed so I can clean the inside of the cover? It's pretty dirty. The headlight is for a 95 Accord.

I just wanted to point out a couple things.
1) that DIY was gay, it should of been condensed.
2) It looks like sears exploded in their garage.
3) they have too much money for their own good.
4) What was up with that guys shoes?
