Quick question about LSVTEC Compression Ratio...
The Zeal calc has been known to be a little more accurate. The GSR head has a smaller combustion chamber, so your static CR will be higher. You could consider the P61 B17 pistons which have a flat dome, for roughly a 10.8:1 CR. But also remember, when you run a longer cam, you lose dynamic CR, so your calculated 11:1 CR could be closer to 9 or 10:1, depending on your cam choice.
the zeal calculator takes into account the different compression heights. it's a little more accurate. but numbers from any of these calculators should only be taken as general estimations.
A piece of plexiglass, a drill bit, a syringe and some liquid.
Drill hole in plexi for syringe to fit in.
Place the plexi over the head (head upside-down, spark plugs installed)
fill each combustion chamber with liquid until it touches the top of the plexi, measuring each time you fill the syringe.
get all liquid back out using syringe and measure to make sure you were accurate the first time.
You could try to do the same to block, but I'd just input your cc measurements for the head into a calc and use the calc's measurements for the block, call it a day... Oh, but even then it's still an estimate.

Very similar engine build to mine. Compression will be 11.8 to 1 assuming that the block has not been decked and the head has not been milled. You got PM.
