for some extra money you may aswell buy a 4th gen prelude. your motor only puts out about 140 stock hp and therefor would almost be useless to mod. you could find a 4th gen lude for pretty cheap now a days. the couple hunder to thousand dollers your using to even bring it up to the 160 hp stock 4th gen motor, could be used to actually buy a 4th gen honda. If not (and you still want to mod your 3rd generation) try cai, then full exhaust systems, after that oversizing cylinders and bumping up the compression are the next couple steps unless you want to do forced air induction or NOS. but literally the money you soak into your current 3rd generation lude, should just be set aside for buying a better platform. no offence to 3rd gen ludes but in general a 4th generation honda would destroy any 3rds in any particual mannor other than stock weight. I believe the 3rd generation preludes are lighter and therefor could probably make good 1/4 mile times after some heavy modding and gutting. it comes down too how much coin you got i guess and what style of lude you really wanna roll with.
