problem with throttle positioning

Default problem with throttle positioning

i have a b16 head on my car and my throttle positioning controller is bad, i have another used one but i dont know how to take it off the trhottle body. can you actually take it off or i have to replace the whole trottle body?
throttle body on the new sensor is broke.

you have to grind the rivets off the use new screws on the new tb
