Default Hurt integra, sell or fix?

Hey guys, I have 99Ls 5-speed that recently was hurt, I was wondering if I should fix it or for how much it should be sold for.

Its a 99ls, 170,xxx on it.
Basically it was raining in phoenix and eariler someone decided to drop oil on the street.. Needless to say I slid into a curb.
Basically the accident cracked the housing on the transmission(destroying it) and it needs a new left front suspension, and some body work for just the front left fender area.. Ill put up some pictures soon but I was just wondering what you guys think...

Right now is a prime chance to install everything aftermarket you've ever wanted. What better time then now when stuff HAS to come out. Good luck, sorry for your headache bro..

if anything, fix the suspension and fender, pull the motor and sell it, then either part it out or sell it as a rolling shell
