well ive been searching like crazy all over the web. havnt found much results. but im wondering why arnt more ppl fixing up accords?? they are cheaper than type s, better bottom end, way better motor then ep3s, and they only weigh like 100lbs more then the new si sedan...anyways i have a couple questions for you guys i hope you can answer.

1) will the type s tranny drop into the 7th gen or can you put type s gears in the tranny case of the 5 spd 7th gen accord?

2) are the sleeves on the accord k24 anyworse then the k24 on the tsx?

umm well yea those are my two main questions i couldnt find answers for(mainly the tranny question). i hope you guys can answer these for me. and the reason im not just getting a type s or something like that i got 17 pts on my dl my insurance would b 570 a month with a type s and 280 with the accord so yea. thnx guys

 

the accord and tsx K24's are the same if i'm not mistaken, which woulkd make th trans compatable as well.

 

well i know the tsx has higher CR and i know you can bolt k20a2 tranny to the k24 block. but what i dont know is if you can put the type s tranny into the accord...know what i mean?

 

anyone know?? or will the tsx 6 spd drop in??
