i have a 96 honda accord with a 93 jdm h22a and i was woundering if it would be a good idea to run the vtec solinoid to a button because the p28 that i have, vtec kicks in at 6000rpm but i want it to kick in sooner. Wat do u guys think.

why bother with one switch that limits the capabilities of your controller. Get yourself an Apexi V-afc II. You can adjust the levels of Vtec, and air/fuel ratios at 500 rpm increments. A mighty fine tool IMO> plus you might be able to add a few hp's if your motors tuned right!
