Default Help! 96-97 SiR Flushmount Spoiler Repair

I was fortunate enough to get the 96-97 Flushmount spoiler, however! UPS shipped it to me and it was broken into three pieces. the smaller piece had the honda emblem. I had it shipped back to UPS to examine and they didn't do jack ****, simply put and no insurance was on it. So i get it back and the piece with the emblem is gone! So now i'm missing a piece. I paid an arm and a leg for this and I want to get it fixed, is it possible?

What's up my friend!!
Sorry to hear about that, specially knowing it's a 96/97 one (rare as hell to find), as long as you had all parts, you could work with it.

If you are now missing one part, you could use body filler to "duplicate" the parts missing, but needs to be done right, meaning some hours of work.

Wow, broken in three places?? Damn... if the wing is urethane you can use body filler, but im shure its fiberglass so you have to use fiber glass sheets and resin to fix that wing you got.
After that you sand it down, then you apply your choice of finishing glaze. At my shop we use Evercoat fillers and epoxys, I highly reccomend thier products. Bondo brand products suck and their fillers often pinhole when they dry... GOOD LUCK!!

Not unless you got 96/97 tailights and a trunk lid. But there are 94/95 CD6 flushmounts all over the place. Just gotta look around for them. Heres mine.

Neither of those look like the real one. The one I have has a 2.0i badge on it and it doesn't stick out as much as yours. Also you see how it goes over the license plate frame? Mine doesn't line up with that because im guessing it came from a european source and is made to go with a longer license plate frame. Regardless, it looks nice! I'll try to get it fixed, I was considering throwing it away a long time ago but i kept it... if I get it fixed I actually plan on making a mold of it and possibly selling it.. a friend of mines does work on boats and knows how to do work on stuff like this but i was seeing if i should keep it or not.

can't put the 96-97 trunk and taillights on the 94-95, I forgot the exact reason but it's been discussed before.

bumpers are different, the part where it goes up from the trunk is longer on the 96 since the outer 96 taillights are longer.
