Will Ford Escort rims fit Civics?
I really want to get rid of the steelies on my car, and do away with the hubcaps. Before I owned a civic, I had a Ford Escort. I really like the rims on that and want to put a set on the Civic. I know the bolt pattern is 4x100, but will these fit? I don't own my escort any more, so I can't just go out and try to fit them on there. These rims look decent, and are light weight. Plus I have a possibility of snagging a set for cheap...
All I know is that they're both 4x100 and both have 12mmx1.5 lug nuts.
Here is a pic of my old car for rim reference:

Lemme know!

Know the offset and size of the 'scort wheels? Aside from lug pattern and hub size, thats really all that matters.
And, if it helps, I've watched 4x100 wheels come off an older Miata and fit fine on an Escort, and Miata wheels fit fine on a Civic, aside from the hub size (Miata has a smaller hub).

Escort rim deminsions: 14x5 | bolt pattern: 4x100 | lug nuts: 12mmx1.5 | CB: 54.1 |
Civic rim deminsions: 14x5 | bolt pattern: 4x100 | lug nuts: 12mmx1.5 | CB: 56.1 |
Anyone know what the CB rating stands for? I'm getting my info off of discounted wheel warehouse or something. Both the Civic and the Escorts offset rating is "H" for high positive...but it doesn't tell the exact offset...

They won't fit?</TD></TR></TABLE>nope. that is one rim i have never seen on a honda.
the center bore(CB) is too small on the escort rim. it will work if you grinded down the middle of the rims a little.
