JDM ITR Sway Bars

You need to look at the overall effect that you are after.
In the USA, the tendency would be for people to use a heavier bar and heavier springs in the rear in order not to have to make radical changes to the front suspension.
I have 14K springs in the front and 16K springs in the rear, and then lowered the car enough to get -2.5 to -2.75 camber on the nose, and about -1.75 on the rear.
That was enough for me, and I still have the stock US sway bars.
If you have a stock suspension on your ITR, and you can get a good price on the rear JDM sway bar, then I would just give it a try before I considered making any other changes.
