Is it okay to buy used KYB AGX shocks for 94 Accord?
I see a guy selling KYB AHX shocks for 94 Accord. He says he is only selling it as 2 front ones, because 1 of the rear ones was leaking.
Is it okay to put on only 2 front shocks when I lower my car in the future?
Does these shocks have a short life time? I offered him $50, but thinking about it, he used it enough for 1 of them to blow. What would that mean? would I be totally wasting my money thinking about this?
Could I put on any set of different rear shocks with these fronts?
Could I replace the 1 shot rear? or do I need to replace in pairs?
Not trying to get flamed. Just trying to learn

Replacing all > replacing pair > replacing one
I wouldn't recommend using 3 used shocks and one new one. Whether or not to buy and install used parts is your call.....if he said one of them blew out I wouldn't buy the remaining ones, why not pay a bit more and get brand new ones that you know will last? Using all the same kind of shock will also give you better ride and handling characteristics.

How long does these shocks normally last? Is this a huge hit or miss situation?
