timing belt area
okay i've notice a lost of oil and the only place thats really wet is the timing belt area.. are their seals on any of the timing belt covers.. what could be leaking and making the cover wet... maybe balance shaft seal..or crankshaft seal? help me out...
alos what does the balance shaft do anyways,,

Crankshaft and camshaft both have oil seals. I'd recommend driving as little as possible and getting this fixed IMMEDIATELY. Since oil is leaking out of the cover, there's a very high chance it's also getting on the timing and balance belt, which will dramatically weaken them.
I know from firsthand experience, I only had a small oil leak in the camshaft seal, there wasn't any coming out the cover....because it was all getting soaked into the belt. Anyways, the gist of the story is that you should replace the camshaft, crankshaft, and timing and balance belts ASAP, broken timing belts are bad news.

When you replace the belts (if you do), there is seal on each shaft (crank, cam, and balance). The balance shafts attempt to balance out the vibration created by the crankshaft so that the engine runs smoother.

Thats not a very good attitude. If the belt snaps, you WILL expletive up the valves/head. F22's are interferience motors, so once the timing belt skips or brakes, the pistion is gonna kiss the valves goodnight. And you can say goodbye to your money for putting off this major disaster waiting to happen.

If you're running the F22B2, I have a spare head that I'll sell you once your valves get smashed to bits, just let me know when you need it.
