question about my rhd dc2
Okay guys, I purchased a rhd sir-g teg from my job (a rhd car importer here in houston) and I seen some weird stuff on it..
The car was stolen from the shop like 2 months ago.. Then they found it, basicly a shell.. So I bought what was left and I'm putting it back together. Today I was really looking at the car and the firewall has been replaced, atleast it looks like it has. The welds are kinda sloppy and such under the dash and in the engine bay.. The car used to have full itr interior, suspension, motor, it had it all.. I was told by the boss at my job the car came from japan, and it isn't a conversion.. But why would the firewall be replaced? It has japanese stickers on the drivers side in the door sill, and has japanese writing on the sun visor things.... I have the registration paper that came with the car and it matches up on the firewall.
Is there any other way to tell its a conversion? There isn't any vins on it to my knowedge!
Someone got ideas?
