Will a 2000 accord v6 dual exhaust fit on a 2000 accord 4cyl
I was just wondering if a 2000 accord v6 exhaust will fit on a 2000 accord 4cyl. If it does I want to buy an aftermarket one for mine. Will my buddy wants one.
Everything after the catalytic converter will fit. You will need a exhaust shop make you new brackets on the right side but other than that its a good fit. I know few people that have V6 aftermarket exhausts on their 4 cylinders and it looks just like they have a V6, no one would think thats its a 4 cylinder, unless they looked at the 4 lugs on the wheels.
If you decide to go with one I'd recommend a APEXi WS2 or Magnaflow, both look very nice and clean.

it looks nice...but performance wise...you might kill it...because a I4 doesnt create enough exhaust to have enough back pressure in a dual exhaust therefore the pipes wont do what it's supposed to do (pull the exhasut out of the manifold). but other than that...sure it'll bolt on nicely with some mod at the muffler shop.
I have a GReddy MX Freeflow Exhaust on my I4 that came right off a j30 Accord. Everything from the catback fit pretty easily. When i was boosting it was fine and sounded great, but after the car got flooded out and the new engine was put in (and is now all motor) the left canister flows out regulary and hot while the right doesnt flow out as well and feels cooler. Horsepower wise you wont be getting as much as if you mounted an exhaust for the 2.3L on the 2.3L. Invidia makes a nice exhaust for the 6th gen and hks makes a Dragger exhaust for the f23.
