Default Electrical Kill Street Car (2 Terminals)

as some of you know had a little nitrous wiring electrical fire.. that prompted me to want to install an electrical system kill.. so i took a big heavy duty kill switch and mounted it with some carbon fiber plate i had laying around

bad cell phone picture

so here is what im currently thinking..maybe i can cut the power to something critical with some kind of relay.. so that not only does it kill the battery but it kills (my ignition for example)

Diagram i threw together to show what im thinking:

would something like that work.. and if so how do i figure out what kind of relay i need..

thanks again for the help.. im trying to figure out how to use my switch that only has two terminals..

How about just turning the key off (ignition switch )?

just wire it correctly and use the key to kill the power..Obviously there was a short somewhere in the wiring so just be careful this time wiring everything up..Your giving yourself more headaches than needed..
